The backbone of Diamond State Networks is formed by the partnership of 13 Arkansas, member-owned electric cooperatives and/or their fiber network subsidiaries. This network provides our fiber network users with the backing of hundreds of years combined experience in providing Arkansans with vital utility services. The strength of their experience, combined with the progressive model of Diamond State Networks statewide coverage goals provides a solid platform for success.

OzarksGo is a telecommunications subsidiary of Ozarks Electric Cooperative, offering all-fiber gigabit internet and premium television and telephone services to Northwest Arkansas and Northeast Oklahoma.

Based in Newport, Arkansas, Farmers Electric Cooperative was formed on June 3, 1937 by dedicated men and women that desired a better quality of life. The cooperative energized its first lines on Aug.1, 1938. The member-owned, local electric cooperative serves members in Independence, Jackson, Poinsett and Woodruff counties.

Arkansas Fiber Network (AFN) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arkansas Electric Cooperatives, Inc., the statewide association of the 17 distribution electric cooperatives in Arkansas. AFN was formed to provide middle-mile fiber in support of the distribution cooperatives’ broadband efforts, as well as those of Diamond State Networks.

Four States Fiber Internet is a subsidiary of Southwest Arkansas Electric Cooperative, created to serve the Four States area with high-speed internet that provides a level of service, reliability and value that is unsurpassed.
LEARN MORE Ashley-Chicot Electric Cooperative
Ashley-Chicot Electric Cooperative was formed as the Ashley-Chicot-Union Electric Cooperative with 99 members from Chicot County, 80 members from Union County and 60 members from Ashley County. The earliest financial history of the co-op dates back to 1946. A grand total of 427 members received bills from Ashley-Chicot that year.

empower, Delivered by Craighead Electric, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Craighead Electric Cooperative Corporation that will offer lightning-fast internet, crystal-clear phone, and ultra-HD live streaming TV throughout the CECC service territory. This brand-new network will be able to handle more than 30,000 1 Gbps connections for members and non-members of CECC throughout northeast Arkansas.

MCEC Fiber, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Mississippi County Electric Cooperative, was established to provide quality internet services for both residential and commercial locations in our service territory.

South Central Connect is a subsidiary of South Central Arkansas Electric Cooperative. Their mission is to provide high-speed internet access their rural south central Arkansas service area. South Central Connect will offer 100Mbps and 1Gbps symmetrical internet speeds. as well as VOIP phone service with unlimited calling to anyone in the contiguous United States, caller ID and call waiting.

First Electric Cooperative decided to respond to the need for high-speed, fiber-optic internet within their rural communities by launching a wholly owned subsidiary, Connect2First. Their mission is to improve the quality of life in their communities by providing internet and phone service to homes and businesses throughout central and southeastern Arkansas.
